This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") describes how transaction limits apply to the use of the Loyaltify platform. Loyaltify OÜ provides a scalable and reliable loyalty management service and applies fair usage limits to ensure consistent performance and availability for all customers.
This Policy forms part of the agreement between you and Loyaltify OÜ and applies to all subscription plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For the purposes of this Policy, a transaction is counted each time one of the following actions is successfully processed by the platform:
Technical retries, failed events, or internal system operations are not intentionally counted as transactions.

These limits are based on typical usage patterns across a wide range of businesses. In practice, the vast majority of customers remain within their plan limits during normal operation.
For customers on annual (yearly billed) plans, transaction usage is calculated on a cumulative yearly basis rather than per calendar month. This allows flexibility for seasonal businesses or campaigns with uneven monthly activity.
You may exceed the equivalent monthly average in certain months without incurring overage charges, provided the total annual transaction limit is not exceeded.
If your usage exceeds the transaction limit included in your subscription plan, additional transactions will be billed as follows:
For monthly plans, overages are calculated at the end of each billing cycle.
For annual plans, overages are calculated at the end of the 12-month subscription period based on total usage.
If usage consistently exceeds plan limits, upgrading to a higher tier may be more cost-effective.
