These Subscription Terms govern access to and use of the Loyaltify platform and related services ("Services") provided by Loyaltify OÜ.
Loyaltify offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Plan details, including pricing and transaction limits, are described on the Site or in an applicable order form.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed via authorized payment providers.
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, VAT or similar taxes may be added in accordance with law.
Subscription plans include transaction limits subject to our Fair Use Policy. Exceeding included limits may result in overage charges or require a plan upgrade.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you change plans, we apply pro-rated billing based on the time remaining in your current billing period and the price difference between plans.
If a plan change results in an overpayment (for example, a downgrade part-way through a billing period), the overpaid amount will be recorded as a credit on your account. This credit will be automatically applied to future invoices and subscription charges.
At your request, and subject to verification and applicable law, account credits may also be refunded to the original payment methodused for the transaction.
Credits and refunds may be adjusted to reflect chargebacks, fraud prevention checks, outstanding amounts, taxes, or other amounts owed to Loyaltify.
You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, subject to credits and refunds described above.
Loyaltify may suspend or terminate access to the Services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of applicable policies.
Loyaltify may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
